Hi. My name is Graeme Stirling. I opened the doors to Graeme’s Irrigation in the spring of 2012. As sole owner, my philosophy was to “take care of the customer and the money would look after itself.” It is a philosophy that has always served me well. All of our work is fully guaranteed. I will always do right by the customer and be fair. We are proud members of the Industrial Irrigation Association of British Columbia (IIABC), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), as well as the Victoria Chamber of Commerce. A portion of all proceeds go to charity every year.
All of our technicians are ticketed by the (IIABC). They are all fully insured and covered by WCB. I would describe my staff as honest, hardworking individuals that take pride in their work. I have seen them go over and beyond for different customers many times, the sub trades working alongside and myself. I fully trust my team and will always support them. As a team, I can assure you we will get you to the finish line. I can say without a doubt that all of us at Graeme’s Irrigation take great pride in what we do.
I began my career in London, Ontario while completing my post-secondary education in accounting. After graduation, I had a far higher income in trades compared to what was being offered in the office place. With four years of experience as a pipe fitter, I relocated my home from London to Victoria. I began working with one of the larger Irrigation companies in town in the fall of 2004, and I enjoyed it. Within a year, I advanced to a senior position within the service department. I maintained that position until the fall of 2011. I do love what I do and still can’t help but to smile every time I make the water “fly” with a new watering system. I love to challenge myself.
Over the last 16 years I have developed a true passion for water. I really enjoy my customers, and if something is not done to your satisfaction by myself or my staff, just make us aware of it and we will make it right. I don’t consider all of these items as complaints. It’s just part of customer service and I want every customer to be happy and feel that they were treated fairly when they remit payment.
